Social workers can play a large role in supporting people through trauma after a disaster, says a 春雨直播 University professor who was part of a two-day conference in Halifax this week. Jeff Karabanow, who teaches social work at Dal, was among the scholars from Canada and around the world who gathered on Thursday and Friday to discuss responses to climate change and disasters and to share lessons learned.
