To improve transparency around privacy and the use of the ROMEO Researcher Portal, researchers must be registered in the portal to be eligible to make a submission to the ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ Research Ethics Boards.
Only the following researchers are required to be registered on the ROMEO Researcher Portal prior to submission of a research ethics application:
- Lead researchers (principal investigator and co- principal investigator) including student lead researchers
- Student academic supervisors
- Project contacts
If the specified team members from the list above are already registered with the ROMEO Researcher Portal, you will be asked to attest to this on the research ethics application form (by ticking a box) and submit your application as usual.
If the specified team members are not already registered with the ROMEO Researcher Portal, please make a registration request at ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ Research and Innovation – Support for researchers – ROMEO researcher portal) and then attest to this on the research ethics application form (by ticking a box) before submitting your application as usual.
